Hi Bec,
thanks for your comment on my blog - as far as i know, the project is just expanding to four places in NSW to test it on a larger scale than the original trial in Queanbeyan - and each household was given a small bin to have in their kitchen to collect the organic waste - as far as collection went, i'm not 100% sure, but will find out for you!
